The following are recipes for smoothies and smoothie bowls — Dense Smoothies
- Acai Berry Bowl: Blend 1 frozen acai packet, 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/4 cup of mixed berries, 1/2 cup of almond milk, and a handful of spinach. Top with granola, sliced fruit, and a drizzle of honey.
- Green Goddess Bowl: Combine 1 cup of spinach, 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/4 cup of pineapple chunks, 1/4 cup of coconut water, and a tablespoon of chia seeds. Top with sliced kiwi, coconut flakes, and hemp seeds.
